Standard processing time is 2–4 business days.
Custom or made-to-order items may require up to 10 business days before shipment.
You will receive an email confirmation and tracking link once your order ships.
During promotional events or giveaway periods, fulfillment times may extend slightly due to increased demand.
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout).
Free Shipping: Occasionally offered during promotions.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary based on location, weather, or logistical issues outside our control.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and carrier link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the shipping label is created.
At this time, Vanta Extreme Custom Builds ships exclusively within the United States. We’re actively exploring international expansion — follow our social channels or sign up for email updates for future availability.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Certain high-value or bulky items (such as custom bikes or frames) may require freight shipping, which will be quoted separately before payment.
Once a package leaves our facility and is scanned by the carrier, we are not responsible for delays or loss caused by the shipping service.
If your package is delayed or lost, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
If you need assistance filing a claim, reach out to us and we’ll help coordinate with the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery through our chat box or Contact page.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
We will not be responsible for damages reported beyond the 7-day window.
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are non-refundable once dispatched.
Returns must follow the guidelines in our Return & Refund Policy. Unauthorized returns or packages sent without approval will not be accepted.
