1. Overview

At Vanta Extreme Custom Builds, we take pride in delivering products that meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and authenticity. Every part, piece of apparel, and giveaway build represents the same level of dedication we put into our custom bikes.

We understand that issues can arise during shipping or manufacturing, and our goal is to make sure every customer walks away satisfied — within the reasonable boundaries of our return policy.

This policy applies to all orders placed through our official website and any affiliated platforms operated by Vanta Extreme Custom Builds.


2. Giveaway Items

All giveaway entries, prizes, or promotional items are final and non-returnable.

  • Entries purchased for giveaways cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred once submitted.

  • Giveaway prizes, once awarded and delivered, cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or alternative items.

  • If a prize is damaged during shipping, we will work directly with the recipient to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis, but replacement availability may be limited depending on the nature of the prize.


3. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

  2. You contact us within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

  3. The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, accessories, and manuals.

If your product meets these conditions, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.


4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us through the chat box on our website or our Contact page within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, contact information, and a clear description of the issue.

  3. Attach photos or videos showing the defect or damage.

Once your request is received, our support team will respond within one business day with next steps.


5. Return Approval & Processing

  • If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions.

  • Items must be shipped back within 5 business days of approval.

  • After inspection, we’ll notify you via email of your refund or replacement status.

  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Giveaway entries or promotional products.

  • Used or worn apparel.

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling, improper installation, or modification.

  • Sale items or clearance merchandise (marked final sale).


7. Exchanges

We currently only offer exchanges for products that arrive damaged or defective. In cases where replacement stock is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


8. Shipping Costs

If the return is approved due to a product defect or shipping damage, Vanta Extreme Custom Builds will cover all return shipping costs. For any other non-qualifying return requests, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees.
